a2 (a squared) developments was created to collaborate with two industries dependent on one another; the architect and the contractor.
Our purpose is to cultivate holistic design concepts and practicality, seamlessly. With family roots invested in the plan, a father and son came together to empower one another in both of their crafts. Allan Ramon Nuñez has over 30 years experience on the construction industry. Him and his team always deliver quality work compliant with safety codes and standards. Allan Enrique Nuñez has 6 years experience in architectural field. He has successfully produced projects in a variety of capacities such as residential and commercial buildings, zoo’s, aquariums, urban parks, pools, and institutional buildings. Together, with our experience, professionalism and creative minds we look to partner with our clients and consultants to deliver a quality project from concept design to final completion.

Allan Ramon Nuñez
Contractor Partner
Is a proud Hondureño, who migrated to the United States when he was 24 years old.
He began his craft as a roofing contractor and expanded his horizons into other trades
to become a general contractor. He enjoys using critical thinking skills and calculating
all steps of the project yet wisely planning for contingencies. When the market crashed in
2008, a new demand for his skills opened up for the renovation and restoration of homes.
Through his curiosity, Allan began asking the right question and gathering the needed
information so when the day of opportunity arrived he put himself in position to start
buying and flipping homes. Delivering quality product is what Allan thrives on.
After his stint in the west coast learning from some of the great talents in the profession.
Allan Enrique Nuñez
Designer Partner
A proud Bull from the University of South Florida, Allan graduated with his Masters of Architecture in 2015.
Upon graduation he started his professional career by moving to Seattle. He was selected to work with Olson
Kundig, a prestigious architecture company recruiting talent from over 30 countries and from all 50 states.
After 2 years in Seattle he moved to San Francisco to continue his growth at one of the Bay area's most
recognized firm, Esherisk, Homsey, Dodge, and Davis (EHDD).
Allan has experience design residential and
commercial, zoos, aquariums, urban parks, aquatic centers and institutional projects. His experience with
Revit and other 3D modeling software allows him to bring the clients vision into fruition. Delivering quality
product is what Allan thrives on. After his stint in the west coast learning from some of the great talents
in the profession, Allan has recently moved back to the Tampa Bay area to pursue his dreams of establishing
his own practice along side his father.
